Class Description
Strength and Balance Class is designed to increase muscle strength, and range of movement and improve activities for daily living. We will focus on posture work to increase balance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support while exercising. All exercises are suggestions and you participate at your own risk.
The class was created for SAKLC Members and Friends. We have grown to serve multiple states, especially our snowbirds that flock up north for the summer months. This is a wonderful group of people who enjoy connection and fitness.
Heather is accessible for any questions at 941-539-0621 or reach out through her fitness company website, Fit 2 Bee Well https://fit2beewell.com/
For in-person participants: A limited supply of weights & bands are available at SAKLC. If you prefer, you may bring your own equipment. Please bring your own mat for floor exercises.
Please allow for extra time to login.
